The Engineering
We believe that every high performance speakers needs a solid foundation of engineering.
Large horn impressed by visual, intoxicating by its capability and challenging to be incorporated in a loudspeaker system.
The 12 midwoofer and 15” woofer are selected to match the horn capability of dynamics, tone texture, scale and lastly it’s own musical output. As such they can present a musical presentation without constraint and limitation following your imaginings.
The Prince features controlled directivity design to present precision stable imaging and separation which usually lacking in such large loudspeakers, hence you will hear a LIVE presentation, not much demand from amplifiers due to it’s high sensitivity nature and Single Ended Triode Tubes Amplifier will gladly drive them on any level.
The Sound
There were a lot of measurements taken and considered on the process, once it was set, it will be valuable for keeping every PRINCE have the same and matched measurable behavior. However, while designing we put highest priority for reproduction the ‘original musical aspect’ out of the sound.
To achieve it, we have done extensive ETR (evaluation, tuning and recheck) that includes crossover revisions (currently its on the 12th revision), dampening, internal wirings (specifically made by Kenkraft Labs for the Monitor) and finally fine tuning it meticulously.
We believe that the PRINCE convey such high level of musical fundamental that effortlessly presents accurate key-tone & pitch, engaging pace, tuneful melody with proper Attack, Decay, Sustain, Release and harmonious timing (among multiple tones from instruments).
